DIRECTORS
Deborah Simmons
Deborah is an experienced and successful coach, whose primary focus is helping her clients get excellent, inspiring results.
Deborah works with clients who are serious about and committed to being successful in the workplace – either personally or through the development of their employees. These clients wish to develop and improve their success in their existing work situation by taking control of where they want their career or company to go and identifying positive steps to make those goals a reality – whether through skill development, goal setting, improving confidence or work-life balance.
Working with corporate clients, Deborah assists employees in developing their skills in areas such as communication, practice building and networking. She is also engaged by companies to work with senior executives in developing their role and improving their performance, whether in leadership, team building or simply gaining focus and clarity.
Prior to working as a Coach, Deborah spent 7 years working as a solicitor in the City. When not coaching, Deborah loves to ski, sail and in particular, travel – she has lived in both Italy and Germany – and now speaks Italian and German. She also spent time travelling through Africa, Europe and the United States.
Kathleen coaches individuals to have greater clarity, confidence and commitment to realise personal and professional aspirations. Her ThinKSpace Programme, modelled on the work of Nancy Kline (authoro of "Time to Think") offers an innovative approach to team building. She has implemented ThinKSpace with a team of healthcare professionals at one of London's Primary Care Trusts; as part of a sales training programme with a Central London publisher; and for skills development training for an international Non-Governmental Organisation.
